However, it's important to note that this exemption does not apply to multi-level terminals, and regular parking tariffs will be reinstated on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

Service Provider Centers (Vehicle Testing)

During this period, all service provider centers will be shut down, commencing on Saturday, December 2, in honor of the holiday. However, specific centers such as Tasjeel Al Twar, AutoPro Satwa, AutoPro Al Mankhool, Tasjeel Al Awir, and Al Yalayis will recommence vehicle technical inspection services on Monday, December 4. Operations at all centers will return to normal on Tuesday, December 5.

Customer happiness centers

Throughout the holiday, customer satisfaction centers will remain closed. However, the RTA's Head Office and Smart Customer Happiness Centers in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, and Al Kifaf will continue to provide their services uninterrupted, ensuring that essential customer support remains accessible.

Dubai Metro

In order to meet the increased demand during the Union Day celebrations, Dubai Metro's red and green lines will run from November 30 to December 12 from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. the following day.

Dubai Tram

Similarly, Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. are the operating hours of Dubai Tram. In order to make transit more comfortable for both locals and tourists over the holidays, several schedule changes have been made.

Public Buses

From December 1 to December 3, specific bus routes directed towards Abu Dhabi on Sheikh Zayed Road will experience adjustments. Routes 10, 15, 21, 7, 8, 83, 91, E101, 98E, 96, 95A, 95, 91A, X94, X92, and E102 may undergo redirection and potential delays from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Other bus lines will maintain their usual schedules, operating from 4:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. on weekdays, 5 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Fridays, and 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
